Why have I been charged by Paddle?

Lumora uses Paddle as our merchant of record for all subscription billing. That means when you subscribe to a Lumora plan, the charge on your statement appears as Paddle rather than Lumora. Paddle handles payment processing, sales tax, VAT, and invoicing on our behalf.

This is normal and not a duplicate or fraudulent charge. If you want to verify a charge:

  1. Sign in at lumora.live and open SettingsBilling in the workspace that was charged.
  2. Cross-reference the invoice number with the entry on your Paddle receipt.

If you can't account for a charge, contact support and we'll trace it.

Invoiced billing

Available to Enterprise and on-prem customers. If your organisation can't pay by card and needs a traditional invoice / purchase order workflow, contact sales to switch to invoiced billing.
