The graphics rundown

A rundown is an ordered list of graphics for a show. You can organise these as you please, but a common use case would be a rundown per-show, or per-broadcast day.

Toggling between graphics and rundown views

Click the header of the graphics list (top of the left sidebar) to toggle between the graphics view (every graphic in the selected rundown) and the rundown view (the rundown list itself).

Creating a rundown

On the top left of the control panel, click the rundown header, then + Rundown

A new rundown starts empty. Add graphics to it with the + Graphic button or by right-clicking the rundown background and choosing Add Graphic.

Renaming, duplicating, and deleting

Right-click any rundown in the rundown list to rename, duplicate, or delete it.

Duplicating a rundown is independent, not linked. When you duplicate Day 1 to make Day 2, Lumora creates new graphic instances for every graphic in the original rundown. Editing a graphic in Day 2 has no effect on the corresponding graphic in Day 1. This is what you want when running a multi-day event with similar templates but different content per day.

Accent colour

Each rundown has an accent colour that shows up in the rundown list and across the control panel header while that rundown is active. Setting a distinct colour per rundown is the fastest way to confirm at a glance which rundown the operator is currently driving, particularly during transitions between shows.

Live elsewhere

If a graphic is on-air on a different rundown to the one currently selected, it appears under Live elsewhere at the top of the graphics list. This handles the common case where an operator switches rundowns during a show but a graphic from the previous rundown is still live on output. From the Live elsewhere entry you can take the graphic off air directly, without first switching back to the rundown that owns it.
